Here we go again. Are you feeling it as a releasing moon? Do you know all the adjectives attached?
Today we celebrate a New Black Lilith Moon with a Partial Solar Eclipse. Black Moon~ This new moon is also known as a black moon. A black moon can mean a few different things. A black moon can be when there is no full moon in the calendar month. The last black moon in February for a new moon was back in ( you guessed it) 1999. It can mean the second new moon in a month, so kinda like a blue moon which is the second full moon in a calendar month. Very rarely we can have 4 new moons in a season, We usually have 3 new moons per season. When we have 4 the 3rd one is called the black moon. It can also be a black moon when there is NO new moon in the calendar month. Lilith~ another adjective used to describe a black moon month that has connection to the goddess Lilith dating back to Mesopotamia. Some say the divine feminine will be surfacing with this new moon. Partial Solar Eclipse ~ A solar eclipse requires the support of a new moon. Just like a lunar eclipse requires the support of a full moon. This is a positive time, yet we may find that our goals are achieved on a path we did not see. The partial solar eclipse will be visible in southern South America, including many locations in Argentina, Chile, Paraguay, and Uruguay, and in Antarctica. The eclipse will also be visible from some areas of the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans. Don't forget, in all the new moon excitement, that the Chinese New Year is tomorrow; Friday, February 16th. Welcoming the year of the Earth Dog symbolizing LUCK!!
